The internationally recognized Kips Bay Decorator Show House, hosted by premier youth organization Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, announced today the location of its seventh annual Decorator Show House in West Palm Beach, Florida. The highly anticipated design event has claimed 230 Miramar Way in the highly desirable “SoSo” area. The Show House will be open to the public for one month beginning Friday, February 23, 2024. The Show House doubles as the nation’s leading design event of the year and Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s top fundraiser and will also benefit local charity Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
“We’re always looking forward to returning to Palm Beach and continue our partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County,” notes James Druckman, President of the Board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “We’re eager to welcome a new group of designers into the house this year and continue raising critical funds”.
This stunning property boasts a spacious 8,589 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms, including 2 primary bedroom suites, and 6.5 bathrooms. Upon entering this gorgeous home, visitors are greeted with an inviting and spacious layout. The expansive living area provides ample space for relaxing & hosting gatherings. Take the elevator to the home’s second level that features a breathtaking 4,500 square foot rooftop entertainment space, complete with an outdoor kitchen and plenty of room for seating and socializing.

FAQs
What are the Dates and Times of the Show House?
The Show House is open from February 23rd until March 17th from 10AM until 4PM. There is no entry after 3:30PM.
How much does the Show House cost to attend?
A Show House ticket is $50 when purchased in advance. If purchasing more than 10 tickets at a time in advance, the ticket price is $45. There are no coupon codes available for discounted tickets. If you wish to purchase tickets day of at the Show House, those tickets are $60 and subject to availability.
How do I get to the Show House?
The Show House and all its events is located at 230 Miramar Way, West Palm Beach, FL 33405
I am interested in buying a ticket for the Show House, what are the details?
- Tickets to the Show House are $40 and can be purchased in advance. Those tickets can only be used on the day/time that you have selected the house is open.
- Depending on availability, a limited number of tickets can be purchased at the door.
- Once tickets are purchased, they can only be used once on the specific day/time you have chosen.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- No entry 1/2 hour before closing.
- No children under the age of 6 (including infants) are allowed.
- No pets allowed. Service dogs must be carried within the house if applicable.
- General admission tickets also apply for entry to Kips Bay Show House events occurring on the day of your visit (if applicable).
I bought a ticket, now what?
Upon arrival at the Show House you will need to either show your ticket on a mobile device or print your ticket for entry.

Where should I park?
Parking is available in front of the Show House (subject to availability) and also free street parking is available on the neighboring streets around the Show House. We encourage the use of a car share service. Valet is NOT provided.
Is there a place on-site to purchase food or drinks?
Unfortunately, food and drink are not allowed in the Show House and are not available on-site.
Is there a dress code?
Come as you are.
Are Bathrooms available for Show House guests?
Yes, there are restrooms inside the house available for guests.
How long will it take to tour the Show House?
At a leisurely pace, the self-guided tour shouldn’t take more than an hour.
Other Show House Restrictions?
There’s no wheelchair access due to stairs, no high heels (to protect the floors), no pets allowed no children under 6 or infants in arms allowed and no sitting on or touching the furniture or accessories in the house.
Are items in the rooms of the show house available for purchase?
Most items are available for purchase and need to be purchased directly from the designer.
